A pioneer

Onboarding with the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who was a true expert and very down to earth. It was an eye-opener because you never know what a software can really do before you see someone who really knows it use it. The software just works and it beautiful. I'm a sucker for good design so it's always pleasant to use a nice looking service. My overall experience is great, support goes above and beyond to help and if I could I would use this software but it does have a price tag that is in the higher end of the spectrum. It is worth it if you have the funds for it. A huge timesaver and a beast of an Salas.

PROS

The first time I used snov.io I was blown away. I had not seen anything like it before. What you had to use 3-4 different softwares for I could now do with one and on top of that a bunch of other well thought out functions. Finding prospects is an absolute breeze and in the same breath as you have gathered them you can verify them instantly and then sort and add to lists for easy access when you reach out. Almost perfect. The UI and UX are beautiful and intuitive.

CONS

The only thing I can think of is price. It's pricey, at least for my level of business. It is also very good and should pay for itself quickly so it balanced out. Starter plans would be nice for those just getting back in or starting up. Who wants to settle for the second best?

CONS

No. This is world best software to use for data scraping and I am fully satisfied from it. I tried other software but no one can beat it at any price.

Everything you need to start for your first and second year

It have been great for the price. At black friday you can find really good discounts on annual plans.

PROS

You pay only the subscription and can add unlimited mailboxes. the UX is good, it is easy to use once you get familiarized. It includes a lot of other things like CRM, credits to verify and extract emails, etc. Support is good.

CONS

The reporting capabilities lack info. You can change the time zone but counters reset at the same time globally, so it can get a little bit confusing. the visibility of every reply message is a little hidden.

Find leads and follow your sales process from one place

I have created email campaigns for clients and for my own business and the process is very efficient. The platform is very robust and you can use it for different purposes.

PROS

-Ease of use-Different features integrated into one dashboard such as CRM, company search, email verifier, and so on-Support is always super quick-They do have a lot of documentation

CONS

I would like to have an app for this but it is not something critical.

Good Email Extraction Tool

Overall a good tool to start with if one has not used any other tool for email extraction.

PROS

it provides the emails of prospects once integrated with Linkedin and if the prospect has shared his/her email with Linkedin.

CONS

it comes with limitation with just the emails for mobile number extraction we need to rely on other tools.

Great tool for generating leads

I use Snov.io as a lead generation service and I am totally satisfied. This tool provides many options on how to find email addresses of potential leads, both individually and in bulk. I tried Snov.io email finder on a free plan and liked it. Plus Snov.io has other tools included into the price which I am thinking of trying in the nearest future (I am speaking about CRM and email drip campaigns service).

PROS

Email addresses are verified on the go. You can find email contacts of leads everywhere on the web, including LinkedIn.

CONS

There were cases when I couldn’t find some emails. But really none of the tools I’ve ever tried work 100% perfect.

The most useful platform for marketers and other professionals

Our team loves Snov.io for its versatility. You can use it either for a definite purpose, like searching for email addresses or sending emails, or as an all-in-one platform and have all the data held in one storage. Monthly, you receive a definite amount of credits and you can split them the way you need. You can search for thousands of emails every day or spend the credits on email verification only. And no one limits you. That’s really great! Another thing is that you don’t use credits for sending email campaigns: you get credits for email search and check and recipients for reaching out to them. The drip campaigns are amazing. With their help, we’ve closed many deals and have many more new loyal clients. We also use Snov.io drips for sending weekly and monthly updates. All the emails are delivered, the unsubscribed people get deleted from the list of recipients automatically, and much much more. You can schedule your campaigns, add an unsubscribe link to your emails, personalize your emails not only with names and other system variables but create your own ones. This approach makes our emails look really personalized.

CONS

With so much positives said, I cannot mention any of the negatives. Our team appreciates Snov.io and we use the platform nearly every day.

Collect leads and create email campaigns easily.

In general positive. But sometimes we are facing some bugs. Or slowness.

PROS

1. Email search engine is easy to use. Especially Company Profile Search feature I am using. 2. Creating drip email campaigns: It is functional. You can create a/b tests and add triggers. 3. You can add unlimited email accounts to the one account. So, you can send emails from different email accounts. It increases safety of email accounts.

CONS

1. At Company Profile Search, we can filter emails according to their titles. But there is no such a feature. 2. Sometimes added pictures to the email can be broken. 3. We are creating a lot of email campaigns and finding the email campaign amoung email campaigns can be hard because there is no search button.

Outreach has never been easier

PROS

The drip email tool provided by Snov.io is one of the best on the market. It has many useful features, like triggers, schedules, and even templates for numerous purposes (that is rather useful to those who are new to email marketing; they can get some inspiration or simply use the templates). Our team also appreciates the teamwork feature. It allows me to control each member of my team and I’m always aware of what is done and can support my colleagues at any time.

CONS

For us, everything is ok. Yet, it was a bit difficult to deal with drips from the very beginning. I think, guys, it would be great to have guides not only in the knowledge base but also an in-app onboarding. This way, new users will start working with the platform faster, and won’t bother your support team too often.

Amazing Drip Campaign Tool

If you don't have any tool with a cold outreach and drip campaign, then is recommend to you

PROS

1) Cold Outreach Tool 2) Merging of marketing automation workflow with cold email outreach is a great idea 3) Create a fancy email campaign to be dripped to a new person that signs up is super easy

CONS

1) Not able to add images to email to showcase products 2) The interface is nice and easy to use but features are limited, for example, the step that allows you to "check" something (if this then that), called "trigger" on Snov.io only allows you to a) check if email is opened, or b)check if a link (any link, not a specific link) from an email is clicked.

My honest opinion about Snovio

PROS

I've been using Snovio for the past 1 year and I must say its one of the best email generating apps out there. They also have a extremely fast and helpful costumer reps available to help you fix any problems you may have along the way. Over the course of a year that I've been a client, I've seen the addition of new features like the drip campaigns and an overall improvement of their service offerings. It's a 5* from me to the amazing team at Snovio

- The fact that you can pause and restart an email generation sequence - Stops working when you log out of your linkedin account on the browser on which its been installed

Amazing platform for generating, building bridges, and nurturing leads

First, I started using the platform as a verifier only but then realized that it is really more than just checker. Now, I’ve refused using any other tool, I’ve completely switched to Snov.io to cope with all the tasks.

PROS

I truly love their email finder. I can perform search according to numerous features: single and bulk domain search, boolean search and company profile search (which by the way has lots filters). Their online email verifier checks all the emails and marks each with a definite color so I can delete the non-real ones. Then, I reach out to them via email drip campaigns and see the results of every email sent.

CONS

For now, nothing of that kind. Not much to say,

A nice affordable alternative to expensive lead generation tools

PROS

Firstly, I love Snovio for a set of instruments it provides. That’s really great and useful for professionals to have all the desired instruments under one roof. However, personally, I use it for lead generation. Here are a few reasons why Snov.io is a great solution for lead generation professionals: -quickness -accuracy -great search on LI (with lots of features you can read about in their knowledge base) -affordable pricing plans (compared to its competitors) -Chrome extension for both email finder and email verifier (and a few more) -”Send email” feature in the Chrome extension -free automatic verification when chrome extension is used -full profiles of found leads

CONS

In fact, would like to have an opportunity to generate leads with Snovio on Facebook too. Unfortunately, this feature is not available anymore. And I think it will never be released once again *sigh* (as far as I understood, this is due to the Facebook policy).

Great Value of money.. My Fav Email lead generation tool.

I am very happy to use this softer but sometimes found lots of bad emails.I hope they improve the quality. overall this is good software like others.

Great Drip Campaigns tool

If you’re tired of switching between platforms, tabs, and updating software, it’s time to try Snovio. Accessible from anywhere, quick, and accurate.

PROS

- Easy-to-use drag-n-drop builder; - Snovio email templates + possibility to create and save your own ones; - email campaigns templates; - possibility to add new prospects in the campaign if it is already launched; - free detailed statistics on sent emails; - statistics on every campaign recipient. Besides, with Snovio, I can find and verify email addresses as well, all that in one package.

CONS

Unfortunaly, in the statistics there’s no information on how many people have unsubscribed from my messages and how many prospects have reached the goal in the particular email campaign. But, luckily, according to the information in the app, this data will be soon available.

A great finder and email check

With the tools on the market, my experience with snow was the best. It facilitated and streamlined my company's prospecting processes.

PROS

I conduct email surveys in companies that I prospect, it works very well and with quality. It helps me verify which emails are really genuine and automates the prospecting process.

CONS

I didn't have any problems with the platform, I just didn't find some emails. Perhaps increasing the database is useful going forward.

Great...and only getting better

Very, very solid platform and great value for the price.

PROS

It completely handles my outreach process! It sounds simple, but the amount of time that it saves is incredible. From getting and verifying email address to being able to completely run my outreach program from it is amazing. Two massive thumbs up!

CONS

The team is quick to help with any questions and my biggest gripes have already been fixed with updates to the software.

If you want to find verified emails, this is for you.

It has made our lead/email search a lot easier as well as keeping track of all our email campaigns.

PROS

Social URL Search, this function lets you find emails from Social Media URLs, in my case I've been using LinkedIn Profiles, importing those into snovio and finding great emails. The good thing is that you can also verify them to make sure they won't bounce.

CONS

Some features are not very efficient. If you want to delete a contact that you have in more than one list, you have to manually do that for each list, which takes a lot of time and is not efficient.
